SION BAPTIST CHURCH CORONA VIRUS HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT

SION BAPTIST CHURCH, HIGHER CLOUGHFOLD: A CORONA VIRUS HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT

In order to comply both with Health and Safety Law and Government guidance on Coronavirus for the Reopening of Church Buildings, the Minister and Deacons of Sion Baptist Church, Higher Cloughfold have put in place reasonable measures to reduce the risk of infecting ourselves and other users of our premises with Covid-19.

A comprehensive Coronavirus Risk Assessment has been undertaken by the Church Leaders. This document is available for perusal by any interested party in both hard and electronic copy forms. Also a copy of our Corona Virus Health and Safety Policy is posted near to the entrance of our church building for your attention.

Please be advised that our building is subject to on-going, regular cleaning and maintenance before and after our church services. A list of current measures to “Covid-proof” our building and activities are already outlined on our website and we would ask you to visit the Archive Section and Letter 18 especially, in which the nature and types of resourcing and restrictions we have put in operation can be found.

Please be aware that any and all of these measures can be subject to change in accordance with local and national guidance and the views of the leadership of this church.

The health, safety and welfare of our members and guests are of paramount importance to Sion Baptist Church. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the Minister, the Church Secretary or our Health and Safety Officer.
