Prayers

Dear Heavenly Father, I am sat in my lovely garden, in the sunshine, surrounded by your beautiful creation. Lovely flowers, many colours, the green of the trees, the hills, everything
declaring your glory, yet I am sad. So many things happening that are not your plan for all that you have created, even us.
We can't forget that there is a lot of good in the world but, there is a lot that isn't, and doesn't speak of your love.
As we look  around we can see so much of ME, I , what I want, and not ' what does The Lord require of me'.
Do we really 'take time to be holy, speak oft with thy Lord, abide in Him only and feed on His word'.
The only way we get to know you is by speaking with You, listening to You, and reading your Word.
We sing our worship songs, but do we really think about what we are singing?
Do we really want God's Holy Spirit to come down and break our walls down?
Are we willing to really give The Lord complete control of our lives?
I ask myself these questions.                                                                                                         We pray for revival but, revival will only come when we each hand back control to The Lord. When we worship Him in every part of our lives, wherever we are.
Can we truly sing" Spirit of the Living God, fall afresh on me. Break me, melt me, mould me, fill me."
When we do our lives are never the same again.
So Father God, I pray, come in power, blow through us, revive your Church again. Make us lights that cannot be hidden or put out.
Breathe your Holy Fire into us, set us alight for you.
This is my prayer O God. Amen

Teach me to dance to the beat of your heart, Teach me to move in the power of your Spirit.
Teach me to walk in the light of your Presence,Teach me to dance to the beat of your heart.
You wrote the rhythm of life created heaven and earth, in you is joy without measure.
So like a child in your sight, I dance to see your delight, for I was made for your pleasure.
Let all my movements express. a heart that loves to say 'yes', a will that leaps to obey you.
Let all my energy blaze to see the joy in your face; let my whole being praise you.
PRAISE YOU!
